We are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an established manufacturing business within the aviation industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer to join a specialist manufacturing environment, carrying out maintenance across a range of production machinery and equipment.

The Role:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across site machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement effective corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with site procedures.
• Work closely with production teams to maintain efficient operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and equipment reliability.
• Relevant engineering qualifications, ideally with an electrical or mechanical bias.
