Business Analyst- Banking/Financial

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and SMEs to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Conduct requirement workshops and facilitate discussions between business and technology teams.

Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and business process analysis.

Coordinate with development, QA, UAT, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Support UAT, defect resolution, change management, and production implementation.

Manage requirement traceability and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
