IT Business Analyst Healthcare Provider, Remote

We have an immediate need for an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Healthcare Provider environments, EHR/EMR systems, clinical workflows, and healthcare data exchange standards to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, clinical teams, and IT.

This is a remote position based in Secaucus, NJ, for a candidate with deep experience in Healthcare Provider workflows, EHR/EMR systems, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA compliance, requirements gathering, BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flow diagrams, UAT, system and integration testing, and healthcare system implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with clinicians, IT teams, developers, QA teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, support EHR and ancillary system integrations, and ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
