Payroll Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst with 2+ years of experience processing high-volume, bi-weekly payroll. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday and/or PeopleSoft, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and expertise in payroll auditing, reconciliations, timecard reviews, payroll corrections, and discrepancy resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll and audit employee timecards.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee pay inquiries.
• Process retroactive pay adjustments and payroll corrections.
• Analyze payroll data, reconcile records, and prepare reports using Excel.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies, regulations, and union contract requirements.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and coordinate with HR, employees, and department managers.
