The Role

• Contribute to the development and active co-design of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit.
• Organize and structure the daily clinical routine to ensure smooth operations for patients and staff.
• Engage in co-therapeutic discussions, building on themes from individual or group therapies.
• Provide first-line support and crisis intervention in acute situations.
• Lead therapy groups focused on areas such as relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, and skill-building.
• Work in shifts as part of a dedicated team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an Erzieher, Heilerziehungspfleger, or Heimerzieher.
• Ideally, experience in psychiatry or in residential group care settings (though not a prerequisite).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for patient care.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach when interacting with patients and their families.
• Curiosity for new topics and a commitment to professional development.
