Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Reporting & Power BI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL, Oracle data and enterprise reporting.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand complex Oracle data, develop scalable reporting solutions and translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and analytical solutions.
  • Work with Oracle data models and Oracle source systems to develop reporting solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into effective reports, dashboards and KPIs.
  • Develop data models, measures and reporting logic using Power BI.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
  • Develop and optimize DAX measures and calculations.
  • Validate reporting outputs against underlying Oracle/source data.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and report performance issues.
  • Work with business, data and technology teams to define reporting requirements.
  • Support report testing, deployment and production releases.
  • Follow best practices for data modelling, visualization, security and report performance.
Must-Have Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in BI / Reporting / Data Analytics
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong understanding of Oracle databases / Oracle data models
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Strong knowledge of DAX
  • Good understanding of data modelling / semantic models
  • Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions
  • Strong data validation and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud experience
  • OTBI / BI Publisher
