Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, FP&A, or related business transformation roles, with a strong understanding of planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and close processes.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment, including familiarity with operational finance, supply chain, inventory, cost accounting, or plant finance processes.
• Proven track record leading finance process improvement, digital transformation, automation, or systems optimization initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) to support finance operations, reporting, planning, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior finance leaders, translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, and influence stakeholders across Finance, IT, Data, and Operations.
• Exceptional communication and change management skills, with the ability to drive adoption, build consensus, and lead through transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting ERP, EPM, CPM, or finance technology implementations
• Background in Finance Transformation, Digital Finance, Enterprise Performance Management, or Financial Systems organizations
• Experience with automation and workflow technologies such as Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, or similar platforms
• Experience working in a global, complex, or highly matrixed organization
• Prior consulting experience supporting finance transformation, operating model design, or technology-enabled business change
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, PMP, CBIP, or relevant finance technology certifications
