Job Description

Our client, a leading global technology and social media company, is looking to hire a Payroll Sr. Analyst for a 100% remote 7-month contract.

Pay Rate Range: $56/hr to $66.12/hr on W2, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Support global/multi-country payroll operations and troubleshoot payroll-related issues.

  • Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive issues through resolution.

  • Support Workday payroll configuration, business processes, testing, reporting, and troubleshooting.

  • Partner with payroll providers such as ADP, CloudPay, and other vendors.

  • Support payroll projects, implementations, testing, process improvements, and system enhancements.

  • Analyze payroll data, system outputs, and trends to identify discrepancies and process improvement opportunities.

  • Support payroll integrations and data flows between Workday, payroll providers, HR, time, and Finance systems.

  • Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, audits, compliance, and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll, payroll operations, HR operations, Finance operations, or a related analytical function.

  • Experience supporting global or multi-country payroll.

  • Experience with Workday, including payroll processes, reporting, testing, configuration, or troubleshooting.

  • Experience working with a managed payroll provider such as ADP, CloudPay, or similar.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, investigate issues, and drive work through resolution.

  • Experience with payroll systems, integrations, reporting, reconciliations, or process improvement is highly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
