About the Sales & Business Development Representative Position
FASTSIGNS of Findlay is looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and generating new business. This is a hunter-style sales position focused on prospecting, developing a book of business, and creating long-term customer relationships. The ideal Sales & Business Development Representative is confident, competitive, personable, persistent, and comfortable starting conversations with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities of the Sales & Business Development Representative

Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and community events
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers
Conduct discovery conversations and recommend solutions based on customer needs
Prepare estimates, proposals, presentations, and sales contracts
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Meet or exceed sales goals
Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure a positive customer experience
A successful Sales & Business Development Representative will be:
Strong at building relationships and earning trust
Proficient in relevant computer systems and software applications
Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, retail, recruiting, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
