Sales Representative - Moving Services

Inside Sales Representative – Moving Services (“Move Expert”) Our Move Experts work in a fast-paced, relationship-based sales environment with uncapped commission. First-year total compensation (base + commission) typically ranges from $60,000–$70,000 for top performers, plus profit share and a strong benefits package.

What You'll Do
Pursue and consistently exceed key performance metrics across outbound and inbound call campaigns
Own the customer relationship end to end — problem-solving, retention, and satisfaction
Use our CRM to nurture warm phone and web leads, book requested services, and expand customer profiles through upsell offers via phone, text, and email
Collaborate with a team of teammates, customers, and drivers to reach shared goals
Stay sharp through ongoing sales and product training
No cold calling here!

What We're Looking For
Experience in sales, hospitality, or another customer-facing service role
Warm, enthusiastic, empathetic communicator with a consultative selling style
Clear communicator across phone, in-person, and digital channels
Comfortable adapting quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
Team-oriented with a strong commitment to results
Bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus, not required
