Workday HCM Functional Analyst - Part-Time
Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Analyst for a part-time, long-term project supporting Workday Recruiting and Learning.
***Workday Learning Services certification required******

• Hours: 10-15 hours/week
• Duration: 18+ months
• Start Date: October 5, 2026
• Primary Focus: Workday Learning, with Recruiting support

Requirements:

• Strong Workday HCM functional support experience, particularly with Learning and Recruiting
• Workday Pro Recruiting Services certification required
• Workday Learning Services certification required
• Certifications must be active and documented in the client's LMS
• Ability to provide functional/technical support for Recruiting, with primary responsibility for the Learning module
