Workday Analyst (Procurement)

Key Responsibilities
Support project planning, meetings, deliverables, and action item tracking.
Document current and future-state sourcing processes.
Assist with supplier, contract, and sourcing data preparation and validation.
Support system testing, defect tracking, and UAT execution.
Develop training materials, job aids, and communications.
Support reporting, adoption metrics, and go-live readiness activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
wo or more years leading Workday Strategic Sourcing or Workday Procurement,  finance, or ERP projects.
ERP implementation experience.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
Proficiency in Workday, Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of procurement lifecycle and supplier management.
Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) within a Workday environment.
Experience working in highly regulated environments preferred.
