Senior Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out<br />A leading commercial fit out contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-value CAT A &amp; CAT B projects ranging from £5–10m across the commercial sector.<br />This role offers full project ownership from pre-construction through to handover, working closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams on fast-paced, design-led schemes.<br />The Role

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial fit out projects valued £5–£10m
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
• Manage programme, cost control, variations and risk
• Chair client, consultant and progress meetings
• Oversee design coordination, procurement and buildability
• Drive quality, health &amp; safety and timely handover<br />About You
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit out sector
• Track record delivering CAT A / CAT B projects in the £5–10m range
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and fast-track programmes
