Project Manager – Lending

An experienced Project Manager with a background in Lending projects is required by successful challenger bank to perform a hands-on, delivery-focused role managing a series of projects within the asset and commercial lending space as part of their overall strategic direction.

You must be comfortable navigating a complex digital banking environment so recent commercial and/or retail banking experience is essential.

Essential

• Proven delivery of projects within UK Lending environments
• Experience in Digital Mobile and/or Online Banking delivery environments
• Experience of delivering Process Automation projects
• In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Confident working within structured SDLC environments (BA, UX/UI, Architecture, Engineering, etc.)
• Broad experience of working with software development and architecture teams
• RAID management – actively driving mitigations and resolutions
• Excellent preparation and presentation of SteerCo materials
• Excellent stakeholder management – building and leveraging relationships at all levels to enable focused and deliberate outcomes
• JIRA
• Confluence

Hybrid, London – 3 days per week
