Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Tricentis TOSCA Model-Based Test Automation across SAP and utility applications to reduce manual testing effort and improve regression coverage
Design and maintain scalable TOSCA automation frameworks, reusable modules, libraries, and business components to support multiple testing initiatives
Develop and maintain automated test suites for SAP IS-U, SAP S/4HANA, web portals, mobile applications, APIs, and third-party integrations
Define automation roadmaps and identify high-value business processes suitable for automation to improve testing return on investment and release efficiency
Implement risk-based testing strategies using TOSCA Impact Analysis capabilities to optimize regression testing cycles
Manage TOSCA Commander repositories, workspace administration, version control, user access, and automation asset governance
Establish reusable test design methodologies using TOSCA Model-Based Architecture to accelerate test development and simplify maintenance
Develop automated API, web service, database, and end-to-end integration tests using TOSCA API Scan and Test Case Design capabilities
Use TOSCA Test Case Design (TCD) to create data-driven and combinatorial test scenarios, improve coverage, and minimize test case duplication
Plan, schedule, monitor, execute, and report automation activities across multiple environments and releases
Implement and manage TOSCA Distributed Execution (DEX) for parallel test execution to reduce regression cycle duration and accelerate release validation
Design and maintain automated validation scripts for SAP batch jobs, reports, interfaces, and critical business transactions
Automate end-to-end Meter-to-Cash business processes, including customer move-in/move-out, meter reads, billing, payments, collections, and service orders
Establish automation quality standards, coding guidelines, naming conventions, and review processes across QA teams
Conduct automation code reviews and mentor automation engineers on advanced TOSCA concepts, framework enhancements, and best practices
Develop automated reconciliation and data validation solutions between SAP IS-U and downstream utility applications
Use TOSCA Data Integrity (DI) capabilities to validate large-scale data migration and conversion programs
Apply TOSCA Service Virtualization to enable early testing of dependent systems and reduce environment constraints
Collaborate with business and functional teams to convert manual test cases into scalable, maintainable automation assets
Monitor automation KPIs, including automation coverage, script stability, execution success rate, maintenance effort, and defect detection effectiveness
Drive automation asset reusability initiatives to maximize the reuse of existing TOSCA components across utility programs and releases
