Job Summary:

You will drive revenue and efficiency gains by guiding and assisting internal and external customers in the definition and testing of best-in-class business technology solutions.  You will boost internal and external customer satisfaction by ensuring the successful, continuous delivery of technology platforms.  You will also maximize IT efficiency by helping to manage the quality assurance roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer expectations.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

  • Capture and organize business requirements and stakeholder ideas received through the intake process into a series of well-defined, feature-driven test cases.
  • Participate in requirements analysis by working closely with Digital Product Analysts, business stakeholders and development teams to identify and estimate feasibility, risks, dependencies, business impact, and resource needs for proposed technology solutions.
  • Maintain prioritized quality assurance roadmaps created from the individual project requirements and perform QA activities to meet technology vision and business strategy goals.
  • Participate in backlog grooming and deliver business requirements via artifacts such as epics, user stories, well-defined testing & acceptance criteria, wireframe diagrams, process maps, etc.
  • Participate in the delivery process through attending the necessary meetings, conducting primary pre-release testing, communicating defects to the development and Product Analyst teams, and assisting IT customers with user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop functional testing guides containing individual, verifiable test cases.
  • Support IT leadership to implement and incorporate new technology platforms into the digital portfolio.

Travel & After-Hours Requirements:

  • Up to 5% travel to industry conferences, events, customer facilities, and SupplyCore remote facilities.
  • Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to meet tight deadlines and to support our customers and SupplyCore associates in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent, relevant work experience.
  • 1-3 years Project Management or Quality Assurance (QA) experience preferred. May include military personnel who have been formerly trained or have relevant experience in lieu of civilian experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.  Must be able to engage in, and exchange, communication with others in all situations.
  • Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple projects at once, adhering to deadlines.
  • Analytical, inquisitive, and innovative.
  • Self-driven and proactive in nature. Takes initiative to drive long term tasks & projects to completion.
  • Professional, collaborative. engaging, and outgoing.
  • Strategic “system thinker” capable of understanding and synthesizing business and technology concepts and processes from multiple perspectives.
  • Solid working knowledge of technology solutions as they apply to business process facilitation, improvement & automation.
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Visio MS Project, and similar tools, etc.)

Pay: $51,762-$73,722
