RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Saint Louis, MO.

Summary

We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will own the engagement from process discovery through solution design, right up to the build line. Your job is to deeply understand client automation use cases, architect the optimal Digital Worker solution, and produce specifications so clearly that an AI Automation Engineer can build without ambiguity. You define the what and why; The engineer handles the how.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field
• Demonstrable experience in consultancy across solutions architecture, BPM/process consulting, or technical delivery at a relevant top company
• Proven experience working with enterprise clients on process transformation or technology implementations
• Hands-on experience applying AI in practical business contexts, beyond prompting ChatGPT
• Experience scoping and estimating project work, including imperfect information
• Strong process mapping skills, comfortable with AS-IS/TO-BE methodologies
• Strong communication skills, able to hold credibility with both technical and business stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to run discovery sessions and whiteboard solution approaches on the spot
• Ability to produce technical specifications that engineering teams can execute against without ambiguity

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
