Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion US Payroll Solution Architect / Implementation Lead to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations. The role requires strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion US Payroll, US payroll legislation, Fast Formula, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead solution design workshops, requirements gathering, and end-to-end Oracle Fusion US Payroll implementations.
  • Configure payroll elements, balances, payroll processing, costing, and complex Fast Formulas.
  • Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Manage US Federal, State, and Local taxation, garnishments, wage attachments, FLSA, W-2 processing, year-end activities, and statutory reporting.
  • Design payroll costing and Finance GL integration and support payroll-to-finance reconciliation.
  • Work with Oracle Fusion Core HR, Workforce Structures, Legal Employers, PSU, and TRU.
  • Support both union and non-union payroll environments, including multiple bargaining units and multi-state payroll.
  • Interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and configure union payroll rules including overtime, shift differentials, holiday pay, call-out pay, deductions, union dues, and pension/benefit contributions.
Required Skills
  • 12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • 3+ end-to-end Oracle US Payroll implementations.
  • Strong Oracle Fusion US Payroll functional and configuration experience.
  • Hands-on Payroll Fast Formula expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of US Federal, State, and Local payroll taxation.
  • Experience with garnishments and wage attachments.
  • Strong Payroll Costing and GL reconciliation experience.
  • Experience with Union and Non-Union Payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of CBA interpretation and union payroll requirements.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, requirements gathering, and solution design skills.
  • Experience with CRP, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll, deployment, and production support.
