Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Products & Manufacturing


Location

India (Hybrid / Office-based)

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will support revenue growth for AI-driven solutions tailored to industrial and manufacturing enterprises, focusing on efficiency, predictive maintenance, quality optimization, ESG enablement, Physical AI, Inventory Optimization and supply chain intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect manufacturing, industrial, and engineering-led organizations
  • Engage operations, plant managers, digital transformation, supply chain, logistics and IT leaders
  • Position AI solutions for use cases like predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, quality inspection, and logistics automation
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Support sales for different events for the year
  • Support account executives with technical discovery and proposal coordination
  • Track sales activities and pipeline metrics in CRM
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2-5 years of inside sales or B2B technology sales experience
  • Exposure to manufacturing, industrial IoT, ERP, or analytics solutions is a plus
  • Ability to communicate ROI, efficiency, and cost-reduction value
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding of AI use cases for Industrial & manufacturing will be an added advantage
Education Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills
  • Experience with AI, SaaS, analytics, or digital transformation solutions is a plus
  • Results-driven, curious, and comfortable selling emerging technologies

Work Timings
  • 9 hours per day. Some of the hours must overlap with USA pacific time
