What You\'ll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve common desktop and application problems
• Support users in person, by phone, by email, and through a ticketing system
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Escalate more complex technical issues when appropriate
• Provide timely, professional, customer-focused support

What You\'ll Bring

• Help desk, desktop support, or other technical support experience is welcome
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems and common business applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• IT-related education, certifications, or technical training are a bonus
