The Role

• Provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain clear customer communication.
• Represent the company with professionalism and provide customers with advice and assistance.
• Work independently, making sound decisions to resolve customer vehicle issues.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
