The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics to members.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and fault-finding solutions.
• Respond to a variety of vehicle issues, from simple fixes to complex faults.
• Ensure prompt and confident resolutions for members in need.
• Complete all tasks efficiently working from your own a leading employer in this sector van, starting and finishing at home.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach, providing reassurance and excellent service.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Exceptional problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
