Mentor Recruitment Specialist

Sevita is seeking a Mentor Recruitment Specialist to build and sustain a strong network of mentors who support individuals and families in community-based and specialized foster care programs. In this role, you will design and execute outreach strategies, engage community partners, and manage digital and in-person recruitment efforts. You will screen, interview, and coordinate onboarding for new mentors, ensuring alignment with program and regulatory standards. Working closely with clinical and program teams, you'll match mentors to participant needs and track recruitment metrics. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified mentors for specialized foster and community-based care programs
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective mentors through community outreach, online platforms, and events
• Screen, interview, and coordinate onboarding of new mentors in alignment with program requirements and regulations
• Collaborate with program managers and clinical teams to identify mentor needs and match mentors with individuals and families
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records, and report on progress to leadership
• Support mentors through clear communication, orientation coordination, and resource sharing to enhance retention
