Recruiter

Adecco is hiring a Recruiter to support our Professional, Scientific & Technical Services clients. In this role, you'll source, screen, and match candidates to diverse professional opportunities, manage hiring events, and coordinate interviews and onboarding. You'll partner closely with clients and internal teams to understand staffing needs and deliver high-quality talent quickly. Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for professional, scientific, and technical roles
• Support hiring events, including scheduling, check-in, and candidate engagement
• Match candidate skills and experience to client job requirements
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and related HR systems
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet client staffing needs and deadlines
• Communicate regularly with candidates to guide them through the hiring process
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals in recruiting practices
