Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Program Manager in support of our industry leading technology development client in Spring, TX.

Overview

  • Program Manager will provide hands-on project and program management support for Product Security Office initiatives, including the program for migration of the product portfolio from classical cryptographic implementations to those leveraging post-quantum cryptographic (PQC) algorithms
  • Working alongside program owners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role is responsible for helping to drive and monitor the overall migration of the product portfolio from classical cryptographic implementations to those leveraging post-quantum cryptographic algorithms
  • The role translates strategic, technical, and business objectives into executable plans; Coordinates implementation activities; Manages risks, issues, and dependencies; And tracks progress against defined milestones and deliverables
  • In addition to supporting delivery execution, the role helps drive stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, communications, enablement, and adoption activities necessary to achieve successful implementation and long-term program outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

  • First level university degree or 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional technology, cybersecurity, compliance, transformation, infrastructure, or enterprise initiatives from planning through execution
  • Strong experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams and functions
  • Experience working directly with senior leaders, business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts
  • Experience developing implementation, readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, or adoption activities that support successful program delivery
  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of project and program management methodologies, governance practices, and executive-level reporting
  • Strong understanding of service management principles including KPIs, SLAs, performance measurement, and operational effectiveness
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical, business, or regulatory requirements into actionable plans, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments
  • Ability to quickly learn and operate within highly technical domains while coordinating technical experts and stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project/program management certification (or on the certification path)
  • Experience supporting cryptographic implementations and standards
  • Experience working with cryptographic libraries, module validations, cryptographic modernization efforts, or post-quantum cryptography initiatives
  • Experience with cybersecurity services, managed services, product security, regulatory compliance, or strategic technology programs
  • High-level understanding of cybersecurity, cryptography, or a related technical discipline

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
