Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Program Manager with 8–10+ years of experience in technical leadership and enterprise program management. Strong experience in Agile, roadmap planning, software delivery, stakeholder management, and executive presentations is required.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs and Agile initiatives.

·         Develop roadmaps, processes, and delivery strategies.

·         Manage stakeholders, partners, and executive communications.

·         Drive operational excellence and resolve risks/issues in ambiguous environments.

·         Mentor teams and influence outcomes across matrixed organizations.

·         Balance strategic planning with hands-on program execution.
