Job Description
Before you read on - this role can be offered with part time hours if you are looking for less than full time.
Do you have experience supporting a HR Manager or Team with the administering of the function?
Working on site - with the potential of 1 day home working - if full time.
Hours will be between 8am - 4:30pm.
If you are looking for part time - there is an option of 3 days a week or 5 days with shorter hours - ideally working at least 20 hours per week.
You will be:
- processing starter and leavers
- assisting with recruitment
- providing administrative support to the payroll function
- filing all payroll and HR related paperwork
- maintaining personnel and training records
- dealing with external and internal data requests
- using the HR systems to access, input and compile data.
- monitoring key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
- supporting the HR manager with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary
You will need:
- relevant experience in a similar role.
- ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards this.
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- up-to-date knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
- to be computer literate with a competent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
