We are seeking dedicated tutors to join a leading organisation committed to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Our mission is to raise the standard of education for vulnerable learners by providing flexible, creative, and trauma-informed support.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science.
• Support pupils with SEMH, SEND, MLD, SLD, and PMLD needs across KS1-KS5.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with schools and local authorities to support disengaged and at-risk learners.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally supporting SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS check and 2+ professional references.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
