MINDBANK JOB OPENING Position: Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3)
Location: Pentagon, Arlington, VA
Pay Rate: $85,000 - $90,000 plus Benefits, PTO, Holiday Pay, 401k, Life Insurance etc.

Help Desk Technician (Tier 3) Responsibilities: • Performs in-depth analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop and workstations. • Serves as the point of contact for escalated Tier Two troubleshooting of PC h/w and s/w, printer problems and network applications. • Experience in troubleshooting mobile devices. • Able to support and backfill Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless technician with experience working in both areas. • Be a Navy Trusted Agent for issuing SIPR Tokens. Sr.

Help Desk Technician (Tier 3) Qualifications: • Must have a Security+ Certification. • Must have 7 years of experience in Information Technology and 4 years specialized experience in PC and wireless technologies including expert knowledge of PC operating systems, networking and mail standards and experience working with a team in a help desk environment. • Must have experience with Navy Trusted Agent for issuing SIPR Tokens. • Must have some leadership experience to assist with the helpdesk on tasks, projects and client’s initiatives. • Must demonstrate the ability to communicate orally and in writing well. • Must have a positive customer service attitude.
