This job description is essentially looking for a Senior  Mainframes Technical Lead /Mainframes Project Manager who can bridge technology, business, and clients, with a preference for Mutual Fund (MF) domain experience.

Key requirements

• Experience level: Senior-level professional, ideally with TL / PM experience

• Client-facing experience: Strong experience interacting directly with clients and external stakeholders

• Domain: Mutual Funds (MF) background is preferred

• Technical/analytical skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking

  • System analysis and understanding of complex systems

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Stakeholder management:

  • Work effectively with business stakeholders

  • Coordinate with external/client stakeholders

  • Manage expectations and requirements across teams

• Communication: Very strong written and verbal communication

• Data: Data analysis skills are an additional advantage
