Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer / Solution Architect with strong full-stack software development, platform engineering, and AI engineering experience. The candidate will design, build, deploy, and support scalable platform capabilities, AI-powered solutions, APIs, automation, and developer-facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop production-grade APIs, backend services, web applications, and developer platforms.
  • Build AI agents, RAG solutions, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent automation.
  • Develop integrations with enterprise APIs, databases, messaging platforms, and engineering tools.
  • Design resilient distributed systems with high availability, failover, disaster recovery, and observability.
  • Implement CI/CD, Kubernetes/container platforms, infrastructure as code, and production support.
  • Translate architecture standards into reusable libraries, reference implementations, and automated governance.
  • Troubleshoot application, database, network, performance, and reliability issues.
  • Collaborate with SRE, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, and production teams.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on Java, Python, C#/.NET, or comparable backend development.
  • Experience with React, Angular, TypeScript, or modern UI frameworks.
  • Strong API, distributed systems, asynchronous integration, and database experience.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM applications, AI agents, RAG, or AI automation.
  • Experience with Kubernetes/containers, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, secrets management, secure coding, and data protection.
  • Experience with observability, resilience, performance optimization, and production support.
Preferred Skills
  • Wealth Management, Banking, Trading, or high-availability transaction-processing experience.
  • Kafka/MQ, Apigee, distributed caching.
  • MCP, agent orchestration, vector search, AI evaluation, and AI monitoring.
  • Multi-data-center architecture, DR, SLOs, and resilience testing.
  • Internal developer platforms, service catalogs, policy-as-code, and architecture governance.
