Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Java Security & Reliability Engineer with expertise in Spring, Spring Security, Enterprise Application Security, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. This role focuses on building, supporting, and securing mission-critical enterprise applications while ensuring operational excellence and platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

·        Implement robust authentication, authorization, and secure access controls using Spring Security.

·        Build highly scalable and secure RESTful services.

·        Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.

·        Provide production support and resolve critical performance and reliability issues.

·        Conduct root cause analysis using logs, thread dumps, and network traces.

·        Drive observability, monitoring, incident management, and reliability initiatives.

·        Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.

·        Implement resiliency and availability improvements following SRE principles.

·        Participate in on-call support, service reviews, and operational readiness activities.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Java enterprise application development.

Strong expertise in:

·        Spring Framework

·        Spring Boot

·        Spring Security

Hands-on experience with:

·        REST APIs

·        HTTP/HTTPS

·        TLS/SSL

·        OAuth2

·        OpenID Connect

·        Authentication & Authorization

Strong understanding of:

·        Data Security

·        Encryption

·        Security Compliance

·        Secure Coding Practices

Advanced troubleshooting skills involving:

·        Application Logs

·        Thread Dumps

·        Heap Dumps

·        Network Traces

·        Performance Analysis

·        Experience operating applications in large-scale enterprise environments.
