Quick Overview
Job Description
Job DescriptionTiger Tracks | Remote, United States | Full time\n\nTHE SHORT VERSION\n\nYou own the partner engine that feeds our pipeline. Private equity and venture funds, agency referral partners, ambassadors and individual connectors, plus the dinners and roundtables that put us in front of brand CMOs directly. You carry a number for qualified brand introductions and the pipeline that comes out of them. You manage our Manager of Partnerships, who runs the operating layer underneath you. You are not closing the deals yourself, our business development team does that.
You are the reason the deals exist.\n\nABOUT TIGER TRACKS\n\nTiger Tracks sits between a performance agency and a growth team. We were founded by former Google leaders, we are ranked number 123 on the 2025 Inc. 5000, and we are intentionally smaller than the Brainlabs and Monks of the world. The model is a senior strategist who has run the channels, backed by specialists across paid media, SEO and AEO, CRO and web, lifecycle and CRM, creative, organic social, and MMM and measurement, looking at the full customer journey and executing against it.
Our clients are high growth consumer brands and the portfolio companies of private equity and venture funds. Partnerships is roughly a year old here and it already converts better than any other source we have. It is also the function with the most room to grow, which is why this seat exists.\n\nWHAT YOU OWN\n\nThe fund practice, day to day. You take over a named portfolio of private equity and venture relationships. You run the partner one on ones, you know which portfolio companies are in market, and you build the plan that expands our share of each fund's portfolio.
Our VP of Partnerships stays on the top of house relationships and joins where a principal expects her. Everything underneath that is yours.\n\nNew partner development. You source, qualify and bring on the partners we do not have yet. Agency referral relationships where another shop's floor is above our ceiling, B2B partners, and high influence individuals who can open doors. You have signing authority inside our commission policy and you recommend anything above it.\n\nDirect to brand demand.
Partner sourced pipeline converts well for us and it is slower than we want, so we are building formats that shorten it: CMO dinners, small roundtables, conference programs. You design these, you own the invite list, and you are accountable for what comes out of them.\n\nPartner program economics. Ambassador commissions, referral partner terms, the partner register. You keep the structures simple enough that Finance can administer them and sharp enough that partners actually work them.\n\nOne direct report.
Our Manager of Partnerships owns pipeline hygiene, contracting, ambassador operations and event logistics across six partner sources. You own her one on ones, her priorities and the quality bar, and you are the person she learns the senior conversation from.\n\nThe number. Qualified brand introductions per month, partner sourced pipeline entering business development, and partner sourced closed revenue. Fifteen introductions a month through the first two quarters, thirty exiting your first year.\n\nWHAT THIS ROLE DOES NOT OWN\n\n• Closing.
Our business development team leads and closes every pitch. You bring the opportunity and stay close to it.\n• Delivery or client accounts. After a partner sourced deal signs, Client Success owns it.\n• Pricing and staffing on pitches. That sits with our business development operations lead.\n• Cold outbound to brands. That is a business development motion, not a partnerships one.\n• Company brand marketing and the rebrand.
That stays with our VP of Partnerships.\n\nWHO YOU ARE\n\nRequired:\n• Seven or more years in partnerships, channel, alliances or business development, with at least three in a seat where you owned partner relationships rather than supported them.\n• You have built a partner or referral program early, not inherited a mature one. You can tell us what it looked like on day one and what it produced by month twelve.\n• A number you can state.
Partner sourced pipeline or revenue you were personally accountable for, and how you measured attribution.\n• You have managed at least one person and you want to keep doing it.\n• Credible in a fund conversation. You know how operating partners think, what an EBITDA argument sounds like, and why a portfolio company is a different sale than a brand.\n• You run events as a demand channel, not as logistics.
You have filled a room with the right people and turned it into pipeline.\n• Fluent in HubSpot or a comparable CRM, and disciplined about hygiene, because the program dies without it.\n• AI fluent. Everyone we hire uses AI in their daily work. We are not hiring AI curious.\n• Willing to be in New York roughly once a month for the partner dinner series and for fund and industry events.\n\nStrong plus:\n• Agency, media agency or marketing services background.
You will be selling the value of a performance agency to people who have heard the pitch before.\n• Existing relationships with private equity or venture funds, or with agencies whose lead flow sits above their own floor.\n• Consumer, DTC and B2C brand exposure. That is our primary client vertical.\n• Experience building a commission or revenue share program from scratch.\n\nHOW WE WORK\n\nYou report to our VP of Partnerships, who leads Growth, with a weekly one on one. You have direct access to our CEO on fund relationships and major partner conversations.
The cadence is a Monday Growth sync and a weekly partnerships review that you run. We are fully remote, we move fast, and speed is the thing we protect.\n\nBENEFITS\n\n• Company paid medical, dental and vision at the employee level\n• Flexible time off\n• Twelve weeks paid parental leave\n• 401(k) with company match\n• Company provided MacBook\n• Annual company retreat\n\nTiger Tracks is an equal opportunity employer.
