The Role

• Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area and designated locations.
• Develop strategies and tactics for driving all sales activities within the region and specified metropolitan areas.
• Recruit, select, train, and coach sales employees to achieve objectives.
• Contribute regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, managing budgets, and analyzing variances.
• Maintain and expand the customer base by developing relationships with key clients and identifying new opportunities.

What You'll Need

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
• Successful track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in high sales quota attainment.
