Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Core Banking Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core banking platforms, enterprise payments, and business process analysis, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, current processes, and functional needs.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and support solution design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document system configurations and workflows.
• Support implementation, integration, testing, and post-deployment activities.
• Conduct benchmarking and research on banking products and industry best practices.
• Create and maintain business documentation, SOPs, and process flows.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with Core Banking platforms and enterprise payment solutions.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
  • Lending (Retail, Corporate, Mortgage)
  • Deposits & Term Products
  • ACH, Wires, SWIFT, RTP Payments
• Experience with one or more of the following platforms:
  • Fiserv Signature / DNA / Premier
  • Temenos T24 / Transact
  • Finacle
  • Oracle FLEXCUBE
• Experience with APIs, Open Banking, Embedded Banking/BaaS, and ISO 20022 transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements, if needed.
