Experienced Litigation Paralegal

The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with over 3 years of Insurance Defense experience, specializing in bodily injury and premise liability cases. **Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, specifically in bodily injury, premises liability, and/or general liability.

- Experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills is preferred.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong organizational skills, are essential.

- A working knowledge of Florida court procedures is preferred.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

- Assist attorneys with all aspects of case preparation and management for bodily injury and premises liability claims.

- Draft and manage subpoenas and other legal documents.

- Conduct legal research and gather relevant documentation.

- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.

- Summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documents; create medical chronologies and bill summaries.

- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the cases.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Excel.

- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

- Proficient in legal research and writing.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
