- Maintain detailed, defensible investigation records, documenting actions, status, and custody information throughout the matter lifecycle.
- Conduct forensic imaging of laptops, mobile devices, and storage media, managing chain of custody and inventory accurately.
- Follow lab protocols for evidence handling, labeling, and secure storage; escalate deviations immediately.
- Execute operational workflows from intake through closure, ensuring compliance and thorough documentation.
- Communicate project updates effectively during team meetings, escalate time-sensitive issues, and resolve blockers independently.

- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, information technology, paralegal studies, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven track record of managing cases from intake to closure with disciplined documentation practices.
- Ability to work effectively with legal and compliance teams, understanding confidentiality and accuracy requirements.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize high-volume active matters independently.
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience updating tickets, summarizing statuses, and documenting preservation actions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to eDiscovery tools and workflows; familiarity with platforms such as Relativity, Exterro, or Everlaw is a plus.
- Demonstrated discretion handling sensitive personnel, legal, and law enforcement information.
