The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services to customers at their homes and workplaces.
• Manage your own stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Handle a diverse range of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and routine checks.
• Represent the organisation with pride, embodying its values in every customer interaction.
• Work independently, making informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a variety of light vehicle makes and models.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
