Job Summary

Our client, a leading FM provider, is looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Shift Engineer to join their team, maintaining a prestigious commercial site.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Respond to breakdowns, fault find and complete repairs.
• Maintain HVAC systems, pumps, boilers and pipework.
• Monitor plant performance and identify faults.
• Complete reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.

Requirements

• Level 2/3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or plumbing.
• Experience working within facilities maintenance.
• Experience maintaining mechanical building services.
• Right to work in the UK.
