Delivery Lead

A leading global technology consultancy is seeking a Delivery Lead to support technology transformation projects for UK health and public sector clients.
You'll collaborate with product owners, project managers, business analysts and developers to turn business requirements into practical solutions. This opportunity suits someone with experience across technology delivery, project management, design, development or QA who enjoys coordinating teams and building strong client relationships.
The role
You'll bring at least 2-3 years' experience in project or programme management, design, development or QA, working within a team delivering complex technology solutions.
You'll also have:
Cloud or SaaS delivery experience would be valuable. Other beneficial experience includes software architecture principles, integration patterns, secure system design, functional and non-functional analysis, or DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience in health, government or other regulated sectors is welcome, alongside an interest in delivering technology for public services.

The role
- Support delivery across the technology lifecycle, using Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable design documentation.
- Communicate delivery progress and technical solutions to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Lead or support colleagues, including junior team members.
- Analyse data to inform system design and delivery decisions.
- Use GenAI and agentic AI tools to support project and programme delivery.
- Build collaborative relationships with clients and adapt to new technologies and delivery environments.
You'll bring at least 2-3 years' experience in project or programme management, design, development or QA, working within a team delivering complex technology solutions.
You'll also have:
- Practical experience of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Some experience leading a team or supporting junior colleagues.
- Strong communication, relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel or Microsoft Project.
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, Claude or Amazon Q within project delivery.
- The ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable documentation.

Salary and benefits
- Salary up to £60,500, dependent on experience.
