Salesforce Platform Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce is looking for a Salesforce Platform Lead to come aboard to contract to hire opportunity with one of our clients. The role is based in Saint Louis, near the Central West End, with an expectation of four days in the office and one day remote, typically on Fridays but with flexibility to accommodate personal needs. Open to 3 days in office and 2 remote days.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce architecture, roadmap, and platform design
• Lead implementation and ensure scalable, clean system build
• Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
• Build and maintain core platform (admin + configuration)
• Manage SI partner performance and deliverables
• Drive adoption and ensure long-term internal ownership

REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Skills:

• The role requires the ability to configure and maintain Salesforce flows, manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and handle integrations, but does not require deep Apex coding skills

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or field service
• Experience with NetSuite, Dynamics GP, or similar ERP systems
• Experience with iPaaS tools: Workato, SmartConnect, or similar
• Experience with data governance, reporting, and sales enablement
• Experience in Food and Beverage industry
• Exposure to CPQ, Field Service, or analytics tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
