IT Operations Manager - Terminal Systems

CF Industries is seeking a Terminal Superintendent to lead terminal-focused IT operations supporting critical software and infrastructure. You will manage day-to-day system performance, oversee deployments, coordinate incident response, and ensure high availability and security across terminal platforms. Partner with product, development, and security teams to plan upgrades, implement best practices, and optimize workflows. You'll mentor technical staff, manage vendors, and drive process improvements in a collaborative culture that values innovation, reliability, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT terminal and related infrastructure operations
• Manage software deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes for terminal systems
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, responding to incidents promptly
• Coordinate incident and problem management with development, product, and security teams
• Implement and maintain operational best practices, documentation, and runbooks
• Lead and mentor technical team members supporting terminal and infrastructure services
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reliability, scalability, and user experience
