The Role • Provide excellent guest service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously. • Process reservations, overbookings, and options, ensuring accuracy. • Handle billing, invoice creation, and control, including managing third-party payments. • Maintain guest records and reservation systems (e.g., Sihot). • Perform administrative tasks, including email correspondence and managing no-shows. What You'll Need • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality/gastronomy is a plus, but individuals with relevant transferable skills and a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply. • A strong focus on quality and a genuine dedication to guest service. • Excellent hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry. • Clear, communicative demeanor with strong written and verbal English and German language skills. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
