The Role

We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join a fast growing logistics provider, focused on winning new business across Victoria.

You will be out on the road most of the week growing your pipeline and selling, whilst only needing to go into the office once a week. This is a true hunter role - you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing high value deals, helping clients optimise their freight and supply chain solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Generate new business through cold outreach and networking
  • Sell tailored freight and logistics solutions
  • Manage pricing, negotiations and contract close
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Represent the business across Melbourne and VIC
About You
  • 2 years in B2B sales (freight/logistics highly regarded)
  • Proven hunter mindset with strong closing ability
  • Understanding of freight pricing and value based selling
  • Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen
  • Self motivated and target driven
