Applicants should:
Be a licensed Architect or working toward licensure.
Have 8+ years of experience.
Be proficient in Revit.
Have experience seeing projects from start to finish. Work well with others and be able to help support junior staff.
Be well organized and communicate effectively.
You will be involved in all phases of a project, including, but not limited to:
Client meetings and coordination.
Establishing existing conditions.
Coordination of consultants.
Management of permitting process.
Managing schedules and budgets.
Production of Contract Documents.
Construction Management.
Current projects include:
Residential - remodels, and new homes,
Civic - government and colleges.
Commercial - restaurants, music venues, retail, and offices.
