We are dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We partner with schools and local authorities to provide impactful, trauma-informed support.

The Role

• Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs, including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 through flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan lessons and report on student progress with regular feedback.
• Work within a community-focused organization committed to raising educational standards for vulnerable learners.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs in a child-centered approach.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
