HIRING: AI Business Lead 

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong Business Analysis + Project Management experience

• Capital Markets experience, preferably Investment Banking or Wealth Management

• Knowledge of Trading, Corporate Actions, Settlements & Reconciliation (F2B)

• Strong Agile, Project Management & Test Management experience

• Business, Functional & Non-Functional Requirements analysis

• Experience creating BRDs, User Stories, Workflows, Gap & Risk Assessments

• Strong stakeholder management across Product, Technology, Operations & Business teams

• Hands-on experience with Jira, PowerPoint, Excel

• Experience with Tableau / Power BI / Alteryx / QlikView

• GenAI / Microsoft Copilot experience is a plus

• Banking experience with JPMC, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Charles Schwab, BofA, UBS, etc. is preferred
