Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of enterprise Supply Chain Planning applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing end-to-end enterprise software implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering large-scale supply chain technology initiatives.

This role requires excellent stakeholder management, project governance, and delivery expertise. Experience with Jira and ServiceNow is required. Experience with Blue Yonder and reporting platforms is considered a plus but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Supply Chain Planning applications across enterprise environments.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, risks, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Manage project governance, schedules, dependencies, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
• Utilize Jira and ServiceNow to manage project execution, issue tracking, change management, and delivery activities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, ERP, Data Engineering, and Business teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover planning, hypercare, and project closure activities.
• Manage risks, issues, change requests, and project communications across globally distributed teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboards, and project reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT implementation projects.
• Proven experience leading Supply Chain Planning application implementation projects.
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes, including Inventory Planning, Purchase Planning, and Production Planning.
• Hands-on experience using Jira and ServiceNow for project and delivery management.
• Experience coordinating global cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) or other Supply Chain Planning platforms.
• Experience managing reporting or analytics initiatives using Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience integrating Supply Chain Planning solutions with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe certification.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Local to the San Jose, CA area or willing to work with local teams as needed.
