Customer Service Advisor | Belfast, United Kingdom | On-site | £27,976.00

The Role
• Provide outstanding first-contact customer service to assist customers with their financial arrangements and goals.
• Educate customers on various banking services and help them select the most suitable options.
• Accurately and compliantly complete all necessary processes and procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct financial reviews and provide customers with accurate information to aid in their decision-making.
• Resolve customer complaints and errors efficiently, working to restore positive relationships.
• Support the wider business aims by maintaining strong relationships with colleagues.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience in a customer service environment, with a focus on managing customer relationships.
