Insurance Sales Representative to help protect Idaho families and businesses while building a rewarding, performance-driven career. First-year earnings of $50,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities
Engage prospective clients to identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Generate and present insurance quotes with professionalism and clarity
Build trust and long-term client relationships through consistent communication and integrity
Cross-sell and upsell products to ensure clients are properly protected
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and agency sales goals
Address client questions and service needs using agency and carrier resources
Requirements
Active insurance license required
Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
Coachable mindset and willingness to follow proven systems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
